I have over 10 years of experience in recruiting. 7 years of Performance Management which includes the provision and administration of the 90 day and yearly performance review process. In addition, I am experienced with managing and administering the open enrollment benefit process. As an HR leader I pride myself with being the first impression of the organization while ensuring a seamless on-boarding process for all new hires.
