Dear Talent Acquisition Team Member, I am currently in search of a senior human resource executive position. I am a high-energy, creative, solution-focused human resource executive with more than 20 years of experience. In my recent role as Vice President, Human Resources, I supported a diverse workforce in multiple states and Canada. I routinely interacted with senior leadership to provide leadership in the development, implementation and coordination of successful human resource strategies and programs for the organization. I designed, developed and executed key human resources initiatives to maximize human capital with a focus on leadership development, performance management, talent acquisition, policy and procedure development and employment law. My leadership expertise and experience includes: • Designing and implementing employee relations practices necessary to establish a positive employer-employee relationship and promote a high level of employee morale. • Leading and directing the development, implementation and evaluation of employee development programs within the organization. • Designing and implementing human resources policies that are aligned with functional business strategies that support company growth. • Implementing talent acquisition practices, including succession planning and individual development plans designed to develop a talent pool of highly qualified candidates. • Implementing wage and salary structure pay policies, performance appraisal programs, employee benefit programs and services and company wellness, safety and health programs. • Ensuring compliance with federal and state laws, regulations and governmental agencies in order to protect the interests of employees and the company in accordance with company human resources policies and all governmental laws and regulations. • Serving as employee relations primary contact for outside labor law counsel and labor-related governmental agencies. • Evaluating, selecting and coordinating use of HR information systems, consultants, insurance brokers, insurance carriers, retirement plan administrators, training specialists, labor and employment counsel and other outside resources. • Participating and conducting due diligence process for M&A transactions, including change management initiatives to align culture, policies and procedures once acquired.
