US domestic and international-global sales and marketing medical device professional with experience in spirometry, respiratory therapy, pulmonology, cardiology, interventional radiology, general/vascular/oncological surgery, cardiovascular implants, minimally invasive venous access devices, microbiology and virology diagnostic products sold to US and international hospitals, clinics, laboratories and surgery centers. Upstream marketing experience includes: Creation of short, mid, and long term strategic business plans, competitive market and pricing analysis (SWOT), product positioning, trending, branding, key opinion leader (KOL) cultivation, key distributor programs and OEM/private label partnerships, group purchasing organization (GPO), integrated delivery network (IDN), VA (VANAC) and Department of Defense (DoD) contracting. Downstream experience includes: Creation of product brochures, catalogues, end-user and distributor purchase incentive programs, consultative selling techniques, clinical product training/education animations and CPT/IDC-9/10 code reimbursements. Marketing and sales management includes: Management of internal marketing & sales personnel, field-based direct, independent, and distributor sales professionals. Effectively works with C-level executives, surgeons, interventional radiologists, pulmonologists, physicians, nursing professionals, material management directors, contracting officers, internal company managers and other medical industry professionals
