EXPERIENCE SUMMARY I am a training/learning specialist with 15+ years of experience working with corporate internal and external clients. I hold a Master's Degree in Education, majoring in Instructional Design and Organization Development. My experience includes working as a self-employed Senior Training and Organization Development Consultant and Project Manager as well as an employee in the following positions: Training and Project Manager, Organization Development Manager, Senior Instructional Designer, Trainer, and Training Specialist. I have successfully planned projects, conducted needs analysis, designed, developed, implemented, and evaluated training solutions in collaboration with key stakeholders, managers, and multi-level subject matter experts. I have successfully worked with various levels within organizations Including defining the learning project goals and objectives, interviewing for more detailed needs and gap analysis, facilitating group decision making, reviewing, and approving ISD project plan milestones. As a training manager, project manager, and instructional designer, I have worked on projects with multiple delivery channels, including: interactive instructor-led courses, group facilitated workshops, blended learning, e-learning, and LMS (for tracking course registration, completion and evaluation).
