I am a qualified and goal oriented management level sales and marketing professional with experience in print advertising - 15 years - I have managed up to 35 inside sales reps - 15 outside sales reps - I have spent most of my management years in print advertising - 8 years in online internet advertising sales and marketing - San Francisco, Ca. I have done forecasting and budgeting, developed strategies and programs to increase sales in many different markets and industries. Worked with other departments within the company to formulate maximum production possibilities and compensation programs. I have done extensive recruiting and screening - Training and product education! I started and maintained my own produce based company for 3.5 years in Northern Ca. San Francisco based. I handled everything from ordering product, sales of product, all bookkeeping task, inventory/storage, and delivery.
