I'm a senior sales manager with 13 years of sales experience in Medical device, pharmaceuticals and injectables (local anesthesia reversal agent). This experience requires a technical understanding of several different types of products and their disease states, sales channels as well as consignments, access solutions, pricing structures including exceptions to these policies and compliance with Advamed as well as pharmaceutical guidelines. In addition to recruiting, hiring, training and coaching a sales team; this experience requires an understanding of sales reporting, CRM maintenence and analysis of several different sales channels, lead/opportunity and forecast management as well as direct involvement in the design of incentive and compensation packages, while coordinating the roll out and execution of initiatives with the marketing and finance teams. During my management tenure I was consistently invited as a guest trainer to assist both reps and clinicians during hands-on surgical and restorative classes, product messaging and analytics training.
