Highlights:

The accomplishment(s) I am most proud of is opening a new Target store in D'Iberville, MS. As HR for the store, I was able to accomplish the following: TARGET, D’lberville, MS 2005 – Present Human Resources Manager, (2009 – Present)  Transition new store from Grand Opening in 2009, to #1 operational store of under just 2000 company stores. This included #1 result in human resources, sales floor, logistics, and guest service in 2014.  Retained 57% of team annually compared to a company average of 14%, by hiring, training, and motivating team members.  Developed and promoted 16 team members to leadership positions.  Often acted as store manager during main store manager absence and acted as HR Business Partner for six months before new partner arrived.  Successfully assisted ten stores to improve their Team Scores by 4% and trained their teams on Employee Relations. Key Accomplishments:  As the HR District Resource in 2013, led ten other stores to raise “Team Score” (Target’s measurement of HR results) from a district average of 94% to 98.5%.  Captained Target’s district training for new leaders during 2013, retaining 90% of new managers as apposed to. 30% retention in 2012.  Delivered top results (#3 of 64 stores in group) for the store ”Team Score”.  Created an amazing team culture resulting in 90% “Intent to Stay”, 94% “Engagement”, and 90% “HR Approachability” on Target’s “Best Team Survey”.  Opened new Target store in D’Iberville, MS to include recruiting, hiring and training of 14 team leaders and 225 team members (recognized for setting the standard for future company store openings).  Implemented meal compliance program following Department of Labor guidelines and achieved 97.07% compliance results for 2013.  Earned an Excellent and two scores of Outstanding on the past three annual reviews including maximum bonuses. I am also an AF Veteran, earned a 4 year Scientific ROTC Academic Scholarship and three Commendation Medals
