Senior Trainer

I am an experienced training professional who has fostered and supported a team capable of implementing strategies to facilitate the many changes taking place within the work based learning sector. As senior trainer/assessor, I have been responsible for internal and external training and implemented the quality assurance process to ensure compliance with audit, funding and delivery requirements. The position of senior trainer has enabled me to develop my interpersonal communication skills, requiring me to work across departments and directorates, fostering strong relationships with existing colleagues and clients while being the public face in meetings with potential business partners and new clients. I have taken every opportunity to enhance my own professional capabilities through training and continued professional development activities. I believe I have the skills set and experience in order to take the next step in my career managing a team of learning and development professionals.
