Seven years of comprehensive experience with Fairfax Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, P.C., serving as both the Director of Human Resources and Professional Relations Coordinator. As the Director of Human Resources, my experience includes staff recruitment and retention, training program implementation, employee relations management and policy and procedure implementation. I have strong interpersonal and communication skills combined with the ability to perform multiple responsibilities efficiently. As an independent and self-motivated professional I have developed a working knowledge of labor and employment law. As the Professional Relations Coordinator, my experience includes the development and delivery of marketing collateral including Practice folders, the Practice’s website, online bill pay for customers, and electronic transmission of patient information through secure means. I have demonstrated the ability to effectively develop and coordinate marketing and business development initiatives while maintaining strict adherence to deadlines. In addition, I have developed and maintained relationships with current referral base spanning 800+ referring dentists in the Northern Virginia area. I also plan and coordinate several referral events per year ranging from 65 to 200+ attendees.
