•Instituted the VTP program to address facility headcount needs(200K + savings in 86 days payroll alone )
•Designed an onboarding program ( goes into implementation 2013 )
•Created an SHP HR mission statement and had banners made to market HR to the facility
•Cleaned up HR shared drive for internal department easier user interface
•Created a facility specific job description booklet for entire facility
oBooklet has every job description from Director of Plant Operations down to maintenance
oBooklet has behavioral based interview questions specific to the job description in alignment with the FYI / Talent Management Program
oBooklet has an associated interview matrix guideline for each job description that will help the continuous merit based candidate selection process eliminating biases
•Departmental HR/Processes tactical facility specific procedural manual has been created

•All of the updated facility specific job descriptions has been created and added to Taleo with skills questionnaire as a ghost requisition with a # sign behind it
oThis will help aid the HR and SHP management team when wanting to create a requisition be more accurate and efficient while aiding the recruiting team in sourcing the right candidate for the position
•Partnered with the quality department and new training manager to create a manufacturing training matrix for all of the positions at SHP which will be used for ISO recertification audit
