Marketing and Human Resource Management Professional - San Francisco Bay Area

I am currently looking to re-enter the workforce in a Human Resource Management capacity and initially, part-time. I have consulting experience in training design, development and facilitation, workflow analysis, job design, performance measurement, organizational design, technology assimilation and change management. I have corporate experience in customer service, marketing, product development and project management, with additional experience in hiring personnel, developing teams, counseling personnel, conducting performance appraisals. I have excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills, an outstanding work ethic, and multi-industry experience, with depth in the financial industry.
