Sr. HR Services Representative - 3-1/2 years Experience - Santa Barbara

I'm a Senior Human Resources professional with over 10 years experience working in Human Resources in various roles. In my previous position as a Sr. Human Resources Representative I was the subject matter expert in HRIS (ADP/Workforce Now/HRB)and set up and maintained corporate groups, time off policies, benefit plans, and portal administration. In addition, I trained other HR colleagues and staff on transactional input, system troubleshooting, and ad-hoc reports. I responded to employee inquiries related to corporate policy and procedures, including time off tracking, user password set up and resets, and U.S. benefits. I assisted HR Business Partners with worker's compensation claims and Leaves of Absences, and was the first point of contact for our Payroll representative related to HRB/Payroll data issues and resolution.
