Summary of Qualifications: Over 18 years of Human Resources experience within a highly structured, unionized healthcare environment. Currently assumes full HR responsibility for client groups of 600+ employees managing staff in the areas of employee/labor relations, benefits and compensation administration, leave of absence, performance management, HRIS, and workers compensation. Experienced with providing support to management team and relevant options to effected employees, while staying within the parameters of collective bargaining agreement with most recent reduction in force in May 2013 * Partners with Talent Acquisition team to track staffing trends and turnover data for the medical center * Conducts exit interviews and stay interviews for client groups * Designated as new HR Liaison for Joint Commission readiness committee for upcoming survey
