I have 20 years’ experience as an L&OD leader within a variety of industries. My specialties are designing and implementing the strategic plan for new L&OD organizations and implementing strategic change processes that significantly improve the performance of an established organization. For example, I have developed and implemented strategic plans for 2 new L&OD organizations establishing award-winning teams, products and services; and I have lead the change process for 2 mature organizations, which lead to over $10M in Lean process savings within 24 months. I am seeking a senior L&OD position to use my skills to deliver innovative learning and development solutions that support the business goals of the company through the day-to-day implementation of L&OD programs.
