I am a true Sales and Marketing professional with 26 years of in depth experience ranging from Operations to Field Sales Management and every discipline involved. I have spent years in Contracts/Subcontracts, Program Management and Operations Management giving me the required tools to truly understand "both sides" of the business which has always given me that required "edge" to succeed in Field Sales. Understanding and embracing the "product" as well as how things run at the factory make selling a passion with total focus on winning. This broad range of experience and knowledge gave me the inspiration to enter the Regional Sales market, which I have truly enjoyed with demonstrated success at every endeavor. My early experience includes a start up corporation as well as launching new products with Sensitron and brings the company to a new technology level entering the Hybrid Microelectronics market. I have always managed my territory with market dominance and effective Manufacturers Representative management with required mind-share, goal setting & monitoring and Quarterly Business Reviews to ensure performance caliber. With that said, my offerings and vast experience make a valuable asset to any team. My team building and ability to "get the job done" make me effective...always. My work ethics, professionalism and ability to sell at all levels from Design Engineering to CEO and all in between have always produced success and Win Win results.
