I am a Compensation executive with broad experience in all areas of Total Rewards. In my most recent position, I have been managing compensation for the Division, including reviewing incentive plans and revising salary policies. In recent years, I have revised compensation strategies for a highly competitive workforce; outsourced global stock option administration; and written the first proxy for executives under new FAS 123(R) guidelines. I have multiple certifications from WorldatWork and have served on the Board of Directors. Whether writing a proxy, developing a strategy, or designing incentive plans, I excel at working with a wide range of stakeholders to reach an optimal solution that supports the achievement of business results.
