I have held leadership positions in the IT field, working in engineering, consulting, operations and sales. During the past fifteen years I have worked primarily in the outsourcing/out-tasking IT area, having held successful positions in the areas of solution design, proposal creation/presentation, operations management/delivery, sales and Human Resources. I have had a tremendous amount of HR Manager experience in my role as an HR Architect/Transition Manager. As an HR Architect, I acted as the SPOC for all HR related matters and was responsible for setting the strategy for the Human Resource portion of large, global, multi-year, multi-million dollar engagements. I am looking for a long term position where my broad experience and business acumen can yield the greatest mutual benefit.
