Description
Professional Executive Assistant with skills and knowledge to support a CEO or high level senior leader(s). Ability to work in a diverse and complex environment. Performs complex administrative activities including managing projects, composing letters and reports, taking minutes at meetings, preparing/editing presentations, managing outlook calendars, coordinating high level events, travel arrangements, and recommending or making purchase decisions. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Expert computer skills including word processing, excel spreadsheet and SharePoint. Provides assistance and training to other administrative staff. Possesses strong interpersonal skills, leadership, negotiation, analytical and problem solving skills.
