In summary, my employment background consists of progressive Human Resources experience primarily in manufacturing, supporting both union and non-union workforces, and has consisted of providing leadership to various aspects of the Human Resources function. My most notable areas of impact have been demonstrated through the disciplines of Employee & Labor Relations including experience in dealing with organized workforce management of the collective bargaining agreement and grievance process up including arbitration and contract/labor negotiations. I have primarily been the number two person at the negotiation table but also have had success as chief spokesperson and was successful in three negotiations in this role. I have also lead the proactive approach in union avoidance strategies at locations that were non-union. Additional areas of impact in the HR arena have included directing and/or supporting employment, staffing, HR legal compliance, Organizational and Leadership Development, Team Building, Succession Planning, Safety & Loss Prevention and Human Resources Management/Administration. In addition to the plant HR responsibilities, I have driven and supported HR initiatives that were initiated by the corporate HR and Leadership team.
