My ideal job would allow me to grow people through a true understanding of the organization’s culture. In which the culture of an organization is the collective behavior of humans who are part of an organization and the meanings that the people attach to their actions. The organization’s culture includes values, visions, norms, working language, systems, symbols, beliefs and habits. It is also the pattern of such collective behaviors and assumptions that are taught to new organizational members as a way of perceiving, and even thinking and feeling. Organizational culture affects the way people and groups grow, believe, and interact with each other, with clients, and with stakeholders. In my past experience many of the troubled work environments were created, because the associates below a certain threshold were not allowed to be a part of that ideal. Which therefore created a disconnect and the perception of a poor work environment and negative thinking and feeling. Moreover, I would be able to improve the knowledge base for the operation, wages and recognition of the stand-out associates to drive performance and profit improvement.
