I have over 20 years of international sales and marketing experience. International environment has always been the part of my upbringing and my education. I have worked, lived, and was educated in Serbia, Poland, Russia, England, and the United States. I have a Master’s Degree in International Business and Marketing, which I earned at the best university in Poland – SGH (Main School of Economics), which many call: “Polish Harvard”. I fluently speak English, Russian, Polish, Serbian, Croatian, Bosnian, Montenegrin, and understand all Slavic languages. Currently, I work as the international sales agent for the Spanish hose and nozzle manufacturer – Tipsa, based in Barcelona. I spend about 60% of my time traveling the world, including Europe and the rest in Minnesota, where I have a house. From 2011 till 2013, I was the owner of the 4 Elements Global Ltd. Company, which specializes in general international trade – buying and selling U.S. and European products. I sell to dealers (export snowmobiles, scooters, cars and boats from the U.S. to Europe and Asia), nuclear equipment, fire-fighting equipment, oil and gas equipment and services, entertainment products and services… I have travelled the world my whole life, and in addition to speaking foreign languages, I was fortunate to get to know different cultures and mentalities. From October of 1997 to November of 2011, I worked as the Sales Manager – Europe/Asia at the leading fire pump manufacturer – Waterous Company. Before I joined Waterous, the company was only selling in the United States. I created their international department, and made the Waterous name well-known all over the world, and the world’s leader in fire pumps and foam systems sales. I also work as a Foreign Language Specialist (contract-type job) for the U.S. Government, U.S. Army, and Valbin Corporation (www.valbin.org) in U.S. Army basis all over the world, train U.S. Government’s officials, soldiers, representatives of intelligence service, journalists, movie directors, actors, screen-play writers, Non-Government Organizations’ employees, humanitarian organizations’ personnel… on foreign cultures and teach some of them foreign languages (I am fluent in English, Russian, Polish, Serbian, Croatian, Bosnian, Montenegrin, and understand all Slavic languages). I also provide translation services in addition to being the interpreter. I participate in U.S. Army’s civil defense exercises in U.S. Army’s basis. I also play leading roles in the movies about international events, including political (especially films about the war). My latest project was in the U.S. Military base – Ft. McCoy. I was employed by the Valbin Corporation, which works directly with the U.S. Government and Army. The project lasted for two weeks. I played the leading role (village elder) in the movie about the war, which was at the same time the U.S. Army’s military exercise. This movie is shown to most highly-ranked U.S. Government’s officials, military commanders, media representatives, etc. I hold presentations about the foreign countries, cultures, mentalities, and customs and give interviews to the main U.S. and international media. In addition to the above, have worked as a translator and interpreter for many organizations, e.g. Inlingua, Can Talk (Canada), travel agencies, and individuals. I have a lot of media exposure experience (TV, radio, newspapers interviews), with excellent presentation skills.
