In the most challenging environments and in the presence of different cultures, the Human Resources Management role has been created to be the mediator and the link between the business and its Human capital. The aim of serving organizations and assisting CEOs and HR Corporate Directors was my profession for more than 21 years. Formulation of policies, procedures and Employee Handbooks that ensures conveying the message of the top management and enables achieving stretched targets and business results was my passion throughout my entire career. The implementation of Job Evaluation projects, pointing out the importance of each position and introducing Bonus and Incentive schemes that resulted in producing high performing organizations is one of my assets, in addition to several achievements that are detailed in the CV.
