Sr. Business Partner or Vice President

A trusted advisor and strategic business partner with a strong HR generalist background. Strong ability to partner and develop relationships across the organization and at all levels. Highly motivated, self starter and will proactively look at opportunities that ties with an organizations strategy, goals and objectives. To obtain a leadership position that utilizes my key strengths and past experiences (a trusted advisor in many of the HR areas, such employee relations, benefits, performance management, compensation, HR intergration, training & development), that allows me to be challenged but leads to delivering results that produce successful and rewarding outcomes and that meet and exceed expectations. I would consider roles such as VP, Director, Senior Business partner and prefer to work in a high tech or pharmaceutical company but know that based on my HR knowledge and past HR experiences I'm adaptable and can work in any type of industry.
