Career consultant, author and public speaker, Brad Taft is the Chief Career Strategist of the Taft Resource Group and dedicates his energy and expertise to supporting individuals in successfully transitioning to new career opportunities. He believes that each person must develop and implement a personal strategic plan in order to effectively meet their life and career goals, and he passionately applies proven business strategies to his career development practice. Brad has over 25 years experience in the recruiting, organizational development and career management consulting fields. His early career was in executive recruiting with firms including Korn/Ferry International. Brad then moved to the outplacement and organizational development consulting industry, where in addition to founding two of his own companies he held senior level consulting, management and marketing positions with three national firms. He is the originator of the Career Success TeleSeminar Series, a comprehensive career transition support service emphasizing an 8 Step Strategic Career Plan. Brad has keynoted and delivered workshops on a variety of employment issues and is co-author of two books on workforce issues: Boom or Bust!: New Career Strategies in a New America - The Career Management Guide for Baby Boomers and Beyond, and Return of the Boomers - a Leader�s Guide to Using the Resources of the Maturing Workforce for a Competitive Advantage. Brad received a B.A. in Communications and a M.B.A. from the University of Southern California. He holds the highest certification designations in the human resources and career consulting fields: Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and Career Management Fellow (CMF).
