Brad has over 25 years experience in the recruiting, organizational development and career management consulting fields. His early career was in executive recruiting with firms including Korn/Ferry International. Brad then moved to the outplacement and organizational development consulting industry, where in addition to founding two of his own companies he held senior level consulting, management and marketing positions with three national firms.
He is the originator of the Career Success TeleSeminar Series, a comprehensive career transition support service emphasizing an 8 Step Strategic Career Plan. Brad has keynoted and delivered workshops on a variety of employment issues and is co-author of two books on workforce issues: Boom or Bust!: New Career Strategies in a New America - The Career Management Guide for Baby Boomers and Beyond, and Return of the Boomers - a Leader�s Guide to Using the Resources of the Maturing Workforce for a Competitive Advantage.
Brad received a B.A. in Communications and a M.B.A. from the University of Southern California.
