Director of Sales

Leading and managing supervisors and staff/students sales executives/representatives, while administering multiple organizational functions is accomplished utilizing a transformational/servant leadership style. Organizational procedures, policies and program development will be executed through collaboration, successful leadership, sales, facilities, educational, training, managerial, financial, operations, administrations, human resources, and public relations expertise. An innate ability to encourage, motivate and professionally develop executives, peers, subordinates, and stakeholders to operational and managerial sales success in a productive, safe, culturally diverse environment, facilitating cost efficient operations, strategic systems development, and profitable continuous renewal objectives compliments a sound business acumen, operational, academic, sales, and facilities expertise. It is my objective to construct a profitable, budgetary, sales platform from which to develop an exceptionally qualified executive, management, educational sales initiative.
