IT bilingual professional

I began my career as a COBOL programmer back in 1972, then I was promoted to Analyst three years later and in 1981 I changed my University job for another in Dinamica SA where I was Software Engineer, managing JCL, COBOL and IMS for IBM 370/3033. Two years later I return to University as Systems Coordinator until 1995 when I become IT Training Coordinator until 2002 when I retired from the University. At same time, since 1972, I was Informatics professor in Bussiness Public Administration School of my University (UANL) in Monterrey,MX. My BS was in Electromechanical Engineering (1974) then I got my MS in Computer Science (1981) and in 2004 made three periods in Instructional Technology and Distance Education doctorate in NOVA Southeastern University. Also made studies at Monterrey Tech (ITESM) in Systems Engineering for 5 semesters (1977).
