I graduated from Southern Illinois University in Carbondale, where I received a Bachelor of Science in Workforce Education with a specialization in Human Resource Development and a Master of Science degree in Workforce Education with a specialization in Human Resource Development. My GPA was 3.8. I am member of Omicron Tau Theta, a selective human resource development honor society. My education has given me the knowledge and skills needed to work in the Human Resource field. I have experience in topics, such as employment law, training and development, organizational communication, human resource management, diversity training, FMLA, workers compensation, organizational culture, staffing, training & development, recruiting, organizational development, evaluation, and instructional design, to name a few. I pride myself on an exemplary work ethic, good organizational skills, and a strong drive to pursue excellence.
