Summary Coach, lead and develop all team members for the store to maximize their performance potential. Direct, prioritize, delegate and supervise the work of all store employees. Hire qualified candidates for position openings as well as train and retain current staff on company policies and operational procedures. Prepare and analyze daily, monthly and other company reports and communicate information necessary to various levels of management Supervise and/or perform customer service related activities. Develop and continuously monitor personal performance management plans Engaged in all employment processes, training, benefits, payroll, expense management, and legal and corporate compliance. Administers Short - and Long-Term Disability, Medical, Dental, Workers' Compensation, and FMLA Leaves of Absence programs. Managed employee relations in multiple stores. Resolves team member complaints and conflicts. Recommends, interviews, hires, schedules, evaluates, and disciplines personnel. Approves employee corrective actions. Interprets corporate policies for management and staff. Increased sales volume, drives sales increases, increased store profit margin, increased revenue, meet/exceeded sales and profitability objectives/quotas/goals. Managed recruitment of employees, as well as the hiring and termination processes. Ensured store was actively involved in the community and built relationships with our community partners through employee engagement.
