Acted as a subject matter expert to present the new commitment module in the CitiComp system to global compensation managers to reduce costs by using two systems to track this information. By combining the systems this data will automatically feed to the employee's planning page and reduce the probability of human error. With the help of our team's feedback a suite of reports and enhancements have been implemented and will be rolled out in later phases. Fostered a teamwork environment conducive to consistent dialogue across the regions. I served as a liaison between third party vendors and our compensation management team. As any changes were needed I negotiated with the vendor to get the enhancements important to our business completed with limited development time. Trained the HR generalists from various sites on the report suites created in ad hoc and any new enhancements to PeopleSoft. Some training was conducted face to face while other training was conducted virtually. Conducted market analysis and salary surveys for executives IT professionals and financial professionals. Analyzed data from the market analysis to determine competitiveness both internally and externally. Priced new jobs created utilizing the salary surveys. Designed and prepared ad hoc compensation and budget reports for executives. Wrote job descriptions and maintained database of all job descriptions. Assisted in preparation of merit increase and incentive programs and budgeting during year-end process. Revised job families and functions throughout the Citigroup Operation and Technology to align all employees (110,000+) in a consistent level to improve the comparison process during year-end. Created a suite of ad hoc reports that replaced the standard reports that run separately. This enhancement saved compensation managers hours of time waiting on scheduled reports to run individually to 10 minutes or less to run all of the reports simultaneously. By using my Six Sigma techniques I documented the new process and tested the controls we set in place. This new process created more value to the year-end process and less problematic data. Created daily weekly and monthly MIS reports for Senior Directors to use during our strategy meeting to determine the success of various sales models and promotions. Used advanced Excel formulas Access database and SQL to analyze the data.
