I have recently completed my MBA degree from University of Phoenix online. I am currently working for the Power Zone as the Youth Job Developer. Prior to the move to the youth program, I worked on the adult side of the Texas Workforce Center. Before I experienced working with community-based programs, I assisted Transit Mix in their human resource department ensuring that daily functions were maintained while corporate functions were being relocated to Dallas. Prior to this position I successfully managed retail stores for 10 years exceeding in sales and customer service. Through this varied array of industries, I have acquired various skills to include multi-tasking, adaptability and flexibility, interpersonal skills, and attention to detail.
