HR/Recruiter - Technical O&G and Business Development Experience - Houston

I help good people DO great things, better! I am a highly motivated professional with an entrepreneurial spirit. I have a proven track record of success in O&G technical recruiting, non-profit leadership, fundraising, training, community development and volunteer management. I am enthusiastic, well-organized, able to multi-task, and love working with people. I am most known for my ability to succeed in challenging environments manage and direct large organizations, programs, and projects, I thrive; working in a face-paced goal-oriented team environment that has competing priorities, requires a flexibility, and a tenacious positive spirit and leader. Graduated from Arkansas State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management with Minor in Military Science. I was also Commissioned an Army Infantry Officer through the Army ROTC program. I fortunately married Shannon Moxley in 1990 and we have three wonderful children, I enjoy the great outdoors, woodworking, and playing music. I am active in my local church and love helping people and am active in many community projects. I view myself as a servant leader, one that will never asked my team members to do something I haven't done or am not willing to do. My organizations and teams have produced dynamic results that have earned numerous national awards and our special projects have changed entire communities for generations.
