Led 2 training departments responsible for the delivery of new hire and existing programs and design of in-house courses for an audience of 1500 various functional levels of employees in 3 states.Designed programs including: performance management techniques, managing conflict, reciprocal authority, leadership, performance appraisal, interviewing, progressive discipline, staff development, monitoring and coaching, sales, enhanced customer service telephone skills, problem solving, and retention. Revised/standardized program for new hire staff; curriculum received accreditation from the New York State Board of Regents.
