My name is Jason Wanner. I have 14 years of occupational experience in residential property management. The multi family residential housing industry has allowed me to professionally interact with a wide demographic of people. I have become an effective Sales consultant having been involved in a lease up project at Alexan Midtown community, managed by Alliance Residential Company. I successfully leased 190 apartment homes within a two year time frame between June of 2010 to May 2012. During this time frame, I achieved 100% Mystery shopping scores on two occassions. The next position I acquired was a Community Management position with R.W. Zukin, where I administered a 136 unit community. I successfully increased the vacancy percentage from 80% to 96% over the duration of nine months. However, I am ready for change and seek a career in a new industry. I studied communications at California State University Sacramento with a concentration in New Media. I want to acquire a Sales focused occupation with the right company, that allows me to to apply what I have learned with new communication theories and technology. I have always had an interest in the business of Radio and Television. As a consumer of media, I am interested in the marketing aspect of product promotion. I believe to effectively influence your audience you have to be as creative as possible! It is important to understand what market trends consumers follow. My assiduous work ethic is a unique quality about my professional character. I am the type of worker that takes initiative, and is passionate about producing results. I am passionate about producing results because my output is a reflection of my efforts. During my spare time, I am the father of two small dogs. Ace is a 6 year old Jack Russell Yorkie mix, and Bailey is a 6 year old Lasa Apso Toy poodle mix. I also enjoy exercising almost fanatically. I believe in fitness! It's important to feel healthy and look good. I am a single 32 year old determined to settle into a career I can enjoy and have fun with. I am extremely ambitious to establish myself professionally.
