HR Representative

I am looking for the opportunity to utilize my education and experience for the one thing I am most passionate about, which is to be a resource and help people. I currently work within the HR Administration department, as an HR Representative. I feel the current knowledge and experience I hold; working with EEO, AAP, ADA, VETs and various federal, state, and local laws and regulations, in conjunction with institutional policies, will help benefit the HR Team support any organization. I am enthusiastic, hardworking, and have excellent communication skills, which have enabled me to work closely with HR colleagues, employees, patients and both internal/external clients. Furthermore, these qualities have enabled me to build and maintain exceptional relationships in my current and previous roles.
