Ethical and Moral Conduct Thousands of words could be said about ethical and moral conduct. I would suggest integrity, truthfulness and honesty. What it really boils down to is the Golden Rule, treating people as you expect to be treated. Apply the “Golden Rule” to every policy, method and act and then simply ask, “Does it square with what is right and just?” Innovation Innovation is not limited to mechanical or technical advances. Rather, it is a method of approaching your work, with the goal of constant improvement in mind.
