ACCOMPLISHMENTS/BACKGROUND: Over twenty five years' of human resources experience in manufacturing. Developed and implemented HR strategies for small and large organizations. Integrated 7 different M&A's. Designed and implemented total rewards (comp & benes) for 3 different companies. Administered comp & benes for several others. Developed and implemented an OD processes. Developed and implemented staffing, on-boarding, new employee evaluation and performance evaluation processes for several companies. Staffed hundreds of employees at all levels (entry level to VP). Successfully negotiated 10 CBA's as a #1 or #2 chair. Managed numerous grievances, UFLP's, arbitrations, EEO charges, Unemployment and WC claims. Developed and implemented best in class positive employee relations programs for union free locations. Lead major expansions and increased workforces by as many as 500 employees. Decommissioned 2 manufacturing facilities. Integrated Lean, Continuous Improvement and 6-Sigma programs at various facilities. Assisted in integrating SAP for 3 companies. Managed safety and WC on both the site and corporate levels, with demonstrated significant decreases in both injuries and costs.
