My strengths are talent acquisition and management, employee and labor relations, HR metrics, training and development, and compensation and benefits. I particularly enjoy employee engagement strategies and for the past 7 years I have developed practices to promote employee engagement such as employee action committees, training for managers, empowering employees through management accessibility and open communication and reward and recognition programs resulting in increase staff retention.
