- Spearheaded planning, development and execution of DVD releases (12 SKUs) for three Cartoon Network television programs in 2011, generating sales to date of 385,000+ units and $7.9 million. - Partnered with VIZ Media to launch 10 Pokémon DVD’s in 2010 and 2011 generating $5M +. Leveraged partnership with Nintendo to create cross promotions at key retailers including Wal-Mart, Best Buy and GameStop. - Elected to serve on Excess Inventory committee of company-wide task force charged with identifying cost reducing opportunities.
