AREAS OF EXPERTISE Salary / Benefits * Administer on time and accurate payments to staff through effective processing according to approved schedules for multi location units spread across borders. * Ensure incentives, leave settlements and final settlements are made in accordance with Labour Laws and Company Policy & Procedures. * Implement Oracle payroll management system to reduce costs, administrative time and processing errors. HR * Coordinate with department heads to ensure compliance with company policy in respect of staff benefits, loans, promotions and disciplinary matters. * Advise department heads located at units in different countries about current and changed HR policy procedures and labour laws. * Identify areas of possible improvement develop and implement training to maximize job potential and performance. * Plan and implement promotion policies for staff members relative to individual strengths to maximize morale. * Handle the recruitment of employees and maintain confidential personnel files & records. Accounting * Formulate budgets and implement systems to monitor expenditure, analyse departures from forecasts. * Supervise the preparation of monthly accounts, timely & accurate monthly reports and MIS. * Monitor Accounts Payables / Receivables strictly implement corporate credit policies, follow up for payments from customers and process supplier's payments. * Coordinate with and assist External / Internal Auditors. * Interact with the companies bankers for fixation of charges, facilities and limits. Administration * Maintain dynamic working relationships with other departments and teams to optimize business performance. * Hold regular meetings with team members and ensure they are aware of the policy, procedures and the changes implemented time to time. * Handle GOSI (General Organization for Social Insurance) registration, cancellation and payments. * Liaise with various government / regulatory agencies for staff visa formalities, new work permits, Iqama renewal, exit - re entry and other staff related matters. * Manage the cost effective procurement of material for the company negotiate with vendors, issue POs and ensure timely receipt of quality goods QUALIFICATIONS * MBA (HR & Marketing) from Sikkim Manipal University, India in 2008.
