My name is David Welch; I am 31 years old with 12 years in the culinary industry, and three years in education as a culinary instructor. I have continued my education and received a Bachelor’s degree in business management to go along with my Associate Degree in Culinary Arts. I have also gained my CEC from the American culinary federation and become a state certified proctor for sanitation. I am a hands on leader that is not afraid to get involved and make it happen in order to meet the required objective. I believe leading by example is a necessary quality of a strong leader. Now that I have furthered my education and gained the credentials that would make me a better leader I am looking to return to the industry.
