I am seeking a position where my experience and knowledge can help to build an exciting, fast paced business. My experience covers opening, staffing and running a Single Target store producing over 60 million dollars a year, as well as managing over 90 individual locations across the country; developing and training multiple management levels and over hundreds of associates. Understanding how the individuals drive the business is one of my strengths. Working for the last few years on my personal development and growth has also given me the ability to address my opportunity areas and balance them out with my strengths to get the optimum results. A company’s core values, business plan and quality of the people are the most important things to me in finding a position where I can contribute and drive my part of the business. The strength and vision of the people I work for and with is of the utmost important to whether or not they will be successful and I can be a part of the business,. I have developed training programs for all levels of sales and management and had multiple people promoted to the next level after working for me. I have also challenged and changed company business plans to make them more effective and accurate for each Districts individual business needs. I have cut my districts spending budgets by over 15% in less than 6 months while increasing the profitability through increased sales. I believe the best way to be successful in business is to have the right people doing the right jobs while training and coaching them along the way.
