I bring to you 30 years+ experience in Recruiting, Assessment, Placement and Training of Managers, Executives and 'Technicians'. My favorite, and most successful, management technique is "managing while walking around". I solicit feedback from employees as they perform their duties. This is especially effective in regard to Safety violations.(I, No, 'We' went one million man hours without a lost time accident in a very high risk industry, and I want to continue that 'success' with your company. I frequently confer with Executives and Department Heads for feedback. Creating and implementing carefully designed Policy and Procedures Manuals and Job Descriptions is my specialty and assures an efficiently managed business with open lines of communication with steady growth. Management training is critical. I have performed these tasks as an "In-House Director" as well as a Consultant where my initial Clients were mostly banks, newspapers and heavy industry.
