* Developed plans and successfully closed 3 separate buildings / moved inventory into new facility with no loss in service to our direct customers within the first 90 days of facility start up. * Began refrigerated operations with no trained management or employees for the new facility. Aggressively recruited, trained and implemented refrigerated operations within 4 weeks of facility opening. • Successfully collaborated with both vendor and rail provider ensuring rail operations began with minimal challenges.
