To profitably increase sales to exceed company goals by contributing proven sales ability and experience while managing others in the same endeavor to: ¨ Maintain existing customer base while continually developing new business, work to assure maximum market penetration, and create a successful sales team that will guarantee greatest company profitability. ¨ Manage and service customer base to assure loyalty to company products, develop customer relationships that will assure continued business, and take immediate action to resolve customer problems. ¨ Provide customer base with product, advertising, and sales information via printed materials, in- store training, and seminars to maximize sales. ¨ Coordinate training, product knowledge, sales seminars between marketing, the sales team, and customer account base.
