Summary I have been in sales for 19 yrs with 13 yrs being in merchant services and have always been in the top 10% of the sales force while making Presidents Club, winning awards and in 2012, was named the top rep in the company (TransFirst). I'm an expert in contract negotiation, getting applications closed and approved, and providing superior service after the sale. Throughout my sales career, I have continued to attend corporate seminars and take advanced online sales classes to stay current on all key issues within the sales industry. Using my pricing strategies, I have increased revenues for the company by charging rates/fees that are competitive and beneficial for my clients, while being profitable for the company. I also, have worked as a team lead (TransFirst), and have increased efficiency by revamping the communication process between sales support and the sales force.
