Administrative Assistant

I have over ten years experience in different offices in which I have always looked for new ways to highlight a company’s assets using different marketing tools in new and creative ways. I’ve always been able to adapt quickly to various computer software systems such as listed in my following resume. My college major was Communication/Public Relations and I have always enjoyed working with the public to satisfy their needs as quickly and efficiently as possible. I have always taken a position and extended it beyond its original imagination. At Graybar Electric Co. I was the main switchboard operator that handled sales calls for customer service reps. and I started the first district newsletter on my own. I was also the company’s first ISO Document Controller. I’ve been creating advertising for all my employers with involvement of demographic reports, sales calls, database maintenance and more. At Inland Commercial Property Management I took their marketing to new levels as I was part of the beginning of their website.
