Passion for people and education - 15+ yrs administrator/HR/trainer/manager

I am seeking a career opportunity that will allow me to utilize my natural abilities, skills, and education. I have a Bachelors degree in Business Management along with a Masters degree in Education including specialization in Corporate Training, Knowledge Management, and e-Learning. I completed one year of coursework in pursuit of my PhD in Organizational Management. My 15 years of management experience provides the expertise in all areas of business operations including regulatory compliance, data management, financial management, and reporting. As an HR professional, my passion for employee development drives me to ensure that ALL employees have an opportunity to be the best that they can be. As a training professional, I designed and facilitated workshops and training sessions. I have participated in and led interviewing sessions at job fairs and done recruiting.
