VP/Director - Human Resources

I am not your typical "Human Resources guy”. I'm charismatic and an effective leader - one who leads by example. I have an ability to see the "big picture" and understand how the responsibilities of Human Resources affect the bottom line, as well as, the day-to-day relationships with other departments and HR's influence on fostering an environment that promotes the ability for others to be successful. I seek and create an environment that promotes a team orientation, focusing on us/we not I/me. I work by the philosophy that the role of human resources is to be a true resource to all - applicants, employees, managers and leaders. I have a strong sense of ethics and values, work well in an autonomous environment and am action/results oriented. I bring great enthusiasm, energy and passion to my responsibilities and one of my greatest strengths is building and maintaining strong relationships. I have significant experience in human resources leadership, recruitment & retention, employee relations and organizational development. I have had key responsibilities in strategic planning, decision-making, public relations and developing positive personnel relationships. I am an experienced manager with a reputation of leading by example.
