Award Winning Training and Human Resources Manager
I have been in the US Air Force for 17 years with a 4 year break from active duty to going into the reserves. During my 4 year break from military service (1993-1997)I successfully opened 4 hotels ranging from an Indian Casino to a destination resort in Hilton Head Island, SC. Since 1997, I transitioned to the US Air Force to have them pay for my college and get leadership experience only gained through real world life and death situations. I have demonstrated through countless inspections that my organizational training plans have turned around struggle units in a minimal amount of time. This has saved the units time and money and improved the turnaround time on training Airmen so they can participate in future deployments. I have received countless number of awards and have more recommendations than the average training manager. The future position I am looking for enables me to transition from the full-time Air Force to the corporate world while taking full advatage of my unique training experiences. My objective is always to training people in the minimal amount of time so that the organization saves money.
