I conduct nationwide and local candidate searches for the retail, public and private industry including: Director’s role, Executives, Managers and exempt candidates I have recruited for the Construction, Retail, Government and Grocery industries, as other professionals within the retail, public and private industry. • Build strong business relationships with hiring partners, HR, and department leads. • Review open requisitions with hiring managers to clarify requirements, qualifications and salary. • Develop and implement ongoing recruiting strategies and best practices for complex assignments. • Build an effective pipeline of key talent potentially available for immediate hire as succession planning needs dictate. • Conduct all necessary research to yield a qualified list of candidates per the client’s specifications. • Source, pre-screen candidates to determine qualifications, interest level and appropriateness for positions, and then submit candidates to hiring managers. • Provide Recruiting Metrics Reports (RMRs), updated weekly. • Assist with interview process, including on-site interview coordination and scheduling, reference checks, license and certification verifications. • Demonstrated consistency in meeting and exceeding what is expected. Regularly exceed recruitment quotas. • Companies that we have worked with include Government Agencies, Grocery chain stores, retail stores and others.
